ECI Action Plan - Towards a new ECI system

Based on the conclusions of the Country Report and of the pilot implementation, stakeholders and experts, including representatives of the social, education and health sector, civil society and universities, were consulted to co-design an Action Plan for ECI in Greece.

The Action Plan identifies concrete objectives, defines milestones, and proposes step-by-step actions to implement a sustainable ECI framework in Greece. It includes four chapters, on inter-sectoral cooperation towards a holistic family-centred ECI system, funding and sustainability, early identification and referral, and provision of family-centred ECI services accompanied by concrete timeline for implementation.
