Recommended practices in Early Childhood Intervention

Two hands holding the Guidebook The book “Recommended Practices in Early Childhood Intervention: A Guidebook for Professionals” has been used as a baseline document for the training for professionals developed in the course of the ECI project. The book was initially developed under the scope of Project Im2 – “Intervir Mais, Intervir Melhor” / “Intervening More, Intervening Better” promoted by the National Association of Early Intervention (ANIP) with the support of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (CGF) in Portugal and translated in English by Eurlyaid, The European Association on Early Childhood Intervention.

As the name suggests, this Guide aims to be a useful tool for professionals who, both on the field and at other levels of the system, seek to respond to the multiple and complex challenges inherent to early childhood intervention (ECI) practice.
